India is one of the great growth stories of our time — a vast, young, digital-first economy where enterprises are modernising fast and appetite for new products and services is enormous. Yet for foreign companies, India is also one of the hardest markets to crack. It is not one market but many, layered by region, language, sector and buying culture. Plenty of ambitious companies arrive, run a few meetings, and leave without a single signed customer.
We started India GTM Partners because the gap is almost never the product — it's the absence of someone who owns the day-to-day work of building a real go-to-market here. Introductions get made. Plans get written. And then momentum dies because nobody is on the ground turning interest into revenue.
Our answer is to be that team: to own the motion from first plan to a paying pipeline, and to stay accountable to the only metric that matters — customers who pay, in India.
